(a) When you use the network services of the App or access the web pages of the App, the App will automatically receive and record information from your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP Address, language used, date and time of access, hardware and software characteristics, etc.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the following situations:
(i) Relevant information and data you have published on the application platform, including but not limited to activity participation records, transaction information, and evaluation details; (ii) Certain measures taken against you for violating laws or application rules.

(a) Without your permission, the app will never provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party. If a third party and the app (including its affiliated companies) provide services to you individually or jointly, access to all information will be prohibited after the service is completed.

(f) In transactions created on this application platform, if either party has fulfilled or partially fulfilled its transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, the application has the right to provide users with necessary information about the counterparty, such as contact information, to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution of disputes;

(g) Other disclosures that the Application deems appropriate in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.

(a) If you do not decline to accept cookies, the application will set or retrieve cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use application services or features that rely on cookies. By using cookies, the application can provide you with more considerate personalized services, including promotional services.

(b) You have the right to choose to accept or decline cookies, which can be done by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to log in or use web services or features that rely on cookies.

(c) The relevant information obtained from the cookies set by this application shall be subject to this Policy.

(a) Each application account has a security protection feature. Please keep your username and password information secure. Although this application will ensure that your information is not lost, misused, or altered through protective measures such as encrypting user passwords, please note that there is no "perfect security measure" on information networks.

(b) When using the network services of this application for online transactions, you will inevitably disclose your personal information, such as contact information or postal address, to the counterparty or potential counterparty of the transaction. Please properly protect your personal information and only provide it to others when necessary. Once you discover that your personal information has been leaked, especially if the application username and password have been compromised, please immediately contact our customer service so that we can take appropriate measures.

You may request us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

(a) If our processing of your personal information violates laws and regulations;
(b) If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
(c) If we violate the agreement with you when processing your personal information;
(d) If you no longer use our products or services, or you have E-canceled your account;
(e) If we no longer provide products or services to you.

When we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that have obtained your personal information from us to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or these entities have obtained your separate authorization. When deleting your information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system; such information will be deleted when our backup is updated.

Under the following circumstances, we will be unable to respond to your request in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations:

(1) related to national security and national defense security;
(2) is related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
(3) related to criminal investigation, prosecution, and trial;
(4) There is sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of power;
(5) Responding to your request will cause serious harm to your or other individuals' and
organizations' legitimate rights and interests.

Our products, websites, and services are primarily intended for adults. Children may not create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians.

If we collect children's personal information with parental consent, we will only use or disclose such information when permitted by law, with the affirmative consent of parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect the child.

Although the definition of a child varies in local laws and customs, we consider anyone under 14 years of age to be a child. If we accidentally collect a child's personal information without prior parental consent, we will attempt to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.
